Not only do we have more warehouses than any other supplier, we also are the ONLY wholesaler in Australia to offer 24/7 click and collect facilities.

Almost all of our warehouses are open 24/7, 365 days a year. This means that FIREX customers can save both time and money – they can access supplies whenever they want, wherever they are.

It’s the ultimate in flexibility that results in less driving, fewer tolls and more productive fire technicians.

We currently have 20 warehouse locations across the country; 16 of these are open 24/7.

If you have a Trading Credit Account you can order FIREX products through our website – simply select the products you wish to order and choose which warehouse you want to collect them from. Orders can also be placed by phoning our sales team on 1300 246 247 or emailing sales@firex.com.au

Yes, FIREX has a fleet of delivery vehicles and delivery partners who can fulfil your order anywhere in Australia!

Our self-service warehouses are very popular, but for large or regular orders you can still arrange deliveries, wherever you are in the country.

Place your order online, but on checkout just check the delivery button and ensure your delivery address details are correct.

You can order and/or collect your goods whenever you like, it’s the key difference in the way FIREX supports your business.

We don’t ask you to work to our timelines, our network of self-service warehouses allow you to determine when to collect your goods.

We’ve even had customers collect orders at 2am!

We stock hundreds of products in each of our warehouses and ensure that all of the most popular items are available.

When you place an online order you can see if any items are out of stock in the warehouses you are looking at. You can simply arrange to pick up these items from an alternative location, or you can call us on 1300 246 247 (7:30 am to 4:00 pm Mon to Fri) to have the item ready for your collection, or delivered to you.

All of our warehouses and offices have facilities for disposal of used extinguishers.

We also have Swap & Go available in each location – this allows customers to drop off extinguishers which require testing and swap them with a pre-tested, ready to go extinguisher.

We strive to make your job a little easier, so our facilities across the major cities allow FIREX customers to drop off disposals whenever they like – we help to ensure your van is stocked with products for your customers, not full of expired extinguishers.

All FIREX warehouses, including our self-service 24/7 self service locations include facilities for Swap & Go and extinguisher disposal.
